These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the easyhire website at https://easyhire.ai and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by easyhire ("we," "us," or "our"). • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Description of Service

easyhire is an AI-powered job monitoring SaaS that:

• Scrapes company career pages to discover new job postings.
• Uses AI to score job listings against your uploaded resume.
• Sends you email alerts when jobs matching your criteria are found.
• Helps you build and manage a watchlist of companies to monitor.

easyhire is a job discovery tool. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or the accuracy of any job listing. We are not a recruiting agency or employment service.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

easyhire offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Billing is processed securely through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended functionality.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

6. Intellectual Property

The easyhire name, logo, website design, and all related software, content, and documentation are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your resume). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

easyhire uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to score jobs and generate recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
• AI output may contain inaccuracies or may not fully reflect your qualifications.
• You should independently verify job details and requirements before applying.
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions or outcomes based on AI-generated scores.

8. Third-Party Content

The Service displays job listings scraped from third-party company career pages and may include data from the Adzuna API. We do not control or endorse the content, accuracy, or availability of these listings. Links to external company career pages are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Job listings will be accurate, complete, or current.
• AI-generated scores will perfectly reflect your suitability for a role.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyhire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless easyhire and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
